Re: Digger's AD&D
So our hapless adventurers leapt through the portal and appeared in Golmir, A far distant city that none had visited before. Aside from some inquisitive glances from those passers by who had happened to see them step out of thin air, our brave boys escaped notice by mingling into the crowd in what seemed to be a large open plaza, ringed by market stalls and dominated by a wooden stage at one end. Whilst partaking of his wares, rough and ready Rogar quizzed a nonplussed wine vendor as to the purpose of the stage. This soon became clear as four unrepentant ne'er do well's were led out and summarily hung in front of the baying crowd. And lo, an important lesson in staying on the right side of the law in GOlmir was learned by our fearsome band.
The group decided to take a well earned rest by checking in to a large nd well appointed hostelry looking out onto the square. Having flashed some coin to get past the reticent concierge, the group took a room each. Having spent some time checking for means of access as befits a paranoid group of adventurers, the trio took advantage of all the luxuries offered by the hotel. Clothes were cleaned, weapons polished and facial hair removed, with Rogar the rogue-ish being particularly well coiffured. Rumours of a manicure can neither be proven nor dis-proven at this time. Whilst relaxing, Tramathar paid the housecleaning staff to keep an eye on their rooms, and Rogar appointed an artisan to visit the town bulletin board and take note of all news and employment offers there posted.
While studying the information gained in this way, the group decided to use their skills for something a little less...life threatening than usual. First, they visited the humble domicile of Mrs Miggins, whose small cat had been missing for several days. Using guile and not a little sorcery, the trio recovered the fairy runaway from his hiding place behind Mrs M's humble walls. Suitably rewarded with three handsome pies, they then visited an alehouse with a large wasps nest to be removed. The group formulated a plan and resolved to return on the morrow to deal with the troublesome insects. They also took the opportunity to set up further distribution for their own ale brand.

No - You still have that pesky wasp nest to remove - The brewer is very keen for you to do so, he has been stung twice already!
