Several days have passed since you delivered both Laslo Locke and The Shifter to agents of Dr Destruction. In the case of the Shifter you had big plans for him. Unfortunately, your wishes don't factor highly in the plans of the Omegan commander. You gather by the communications panel in the warehouse at the usual time, and on this occasion, you are rewarded by the comm-link crackling into life.

“I have another assignment for you, Omegans. First, contact a former V’sori battle-lord in Southpoint; his location and details on his situation have been uploaded to your comm-links. You may be able to convince him to aid you in your real quest: Penetrate the fortress of Hydra, the Mutant Mastermind and recover a particular device for me. It looks much like a silver and blue phone booth, but is much, much more, I can assure you. Hydra’s base has already been taken by the aliens, so you’ll need to approach with caution and cunning. It would be best if the lab were destroyed. Hydra had quite a number of experiments I’d rather the V’sori not get their hands on. It’s also imperative they don’t know what you took.”

(OOC: Ok, so The Count will make a Common Knowledge roll. This is a Smarts roll with +2 for familiarity with the subject. Roll = 4+2 = 6. Wild dice was a 2. Success!)

The Count recalls that Hydra was arch enemy of The Aquarian, one of Earth's foremost heroes before the invasion. It is believed that he was blessed with an abnormally high intelligence. He is known as a scientist, as well as a thief and kidnapper at times. His schemes typically involved the use of high technology.

Professor Mastermind checks his comm-link. The location given for the V'Sori contact is an old tenement building several blocks south from the team's warehouse hq, which is also located i Southpoint. Reaching it will be a simple matter.

Hunched over her laptop Mysaki, continues to tap long strings of code into the machine,
The Laptop is connected to a cylinder about the size of a large thermos made from some strange looking metal, sitting next to the cylinder is a larger object, about the size of a small suitcase and made from the same material.
She smiles to herself as she completes the upgrades and moves on to her next task,
She takes out her burner phone and dials a number, within seconds the phone is answered and she issue a few short instructions concerning the address the Marius had uncovered, replacing the phone she moves to join the group.

The address you have been given leads you to a run down tenement building two miles north of your warehouse hideout. By the time you pull up outside the building, night has fallen. The block rises thirty or more floors above you. Traffic is light in this part of the city, particularly after dark. The odd V'Sori patrol flyer passes by overhead while you plan your next move, but so far you have remained unseen. No lights burn in the tenement windows, suggesting the building may be empty but this is definitely the place...

The Count steps out of the van and, looking around to make sure he is not being observed, changes into his mist form. Thus transformed, he is able to drift into the air, still cogniscent of his surroundings. The tenement looms above him, shrouded in darkness. As he rises higher above the streets, he spots something out of place; a cluster of antennae on the roof of the building, clearly not of human design. On the floor below, a faint light shows through shuttered windows.

In the back of the van,Red Dragon use`s the burner to make a call...
(OOC PM sent)

Wearing just her undergarment she picks up the Thermos sized cylinder, flipping her hair forward with practiced ease she slides the contacts into the jack in the back of her neck,
Within seconds the cylinder begins to melt, running down her back and over her shoulders covering every part of her body, she lifts first one leg then the other as her leg is sheaved in the metallic substance.
Soon the Mechamorphic fluid covers her entire body except for her head...It begins to take shape,and color, turning a blood red in tone, As the Armour solidifies details become prominent.....including a Dragon like tattoo that snakes down her arm with the head where her hand is, between it`s open mouth is the muzzle of her blaster weapon..She leans over and touches a small area on the suitcase sized box by her side,It too begins to melt...but takes on a larger form of the H.A.D.E.S suit. Within seconds it has reached its finale shape and she moves to step in to it, it shifts slightly to adjust to her weight and the contact areas meld together into one.As the last contact is made the fluid passes up and over her head covering her face and forming the helmet. she feels her body begin to cool as the suit draws her body heat away from her and converts it into energy to power the suit...
Red Dragon is ready for whatever the V`sori have for her

Marius Mastermind activates his Covertinator. Within a few seconds his body shimmers and fades away from view as the invisibility gadget takes effect. The van-door appears to open mysteriously of its own accord and then closes moments later followed by a faint disembodied chuckle as Mastermind leaves to discreetly scout round to the entrance of the tenement building.

The entrance to the tenement block sits in the middle of the structure's ground floor. Glass double doors are still in place, although reinforcing tape strips crisscross the entrance panels. A plain awning covers the entrance but is frayed and tattered in places. The doors are closed although it is unclear if they are locked. Faint lights are visible in the foyer beyond, although they are dim and shed little light on the state of the building's interior.

becoming a bat The count shall soar into the sky to get an aerial view of the area. looking for anomalies, things that are out of place. unusual ducting, wiring and air vents etc.

The Count shifts form almost imperceptibly, the patch of mist refining itself slowly into that of a small bat, fluttering noislessly through the air. After a moment of observing, he again notices the shuttered windows on the 30th floor, the only patch of light showing on the building's otherwise obsidian mass.

To the passing observer, it would seem that the glass door to the tenement's lobby opened itself, first tentatively and then opened to it's full width. The door remains open, faint light dimly breaking the murk of the quiet street.
