Excellent - I did laugh when I read Ranulf's Hard to Kill and Bad Luck

A few quick thoughts.

You forgot to list Hawk's charisma bonus from Attractive (and Noble??). Also maybe add that the weapon can be thrown ( 2/4/8 ) and that the maximum distance the weapon can be recalled is equal to the wielder's Spirit in inches.

Maybe beef up Voltan's Fighting to D10 and give him a Contact (Black Wizard).

Baldin, replace various snacks with 'sugered turcles'

Beef up Gort's strength to D12+1 (he is a giant after all - though not a very tall one...)
