New Doctor Who Logo for 2010

Today marked the surprise launch of the new Doctor Who logo which will be used for the Matt Smith era in 2010. This will be the 11th version of the Doctor Who logo since 1963, so that'll make it the 11th logo for the Eleventh Doctor! I think you'll agree that its certainly quite a departure from the 2005 version and I think has a much more traditional feel that reminds me of the Pertwee/Mcgann versions. Now that this has been launched I expect we can look forward to a new version of the opening title-sequence and probably a rearrangement of the theme too as Steven Moffat puts his stamp on the series.

i quiet like it , as you say moffat putting his own stamp on the series.

I quite like the new logo. Not keen on the tardis - dw thing though. A bit too gimmicky.
